Return Policy

When you receive your boots and you are not happy, we will gladly assist you to exchange or return your cowboy boots (as long as they weren’t worn).

Please note we do not do any exchanges on hats.

If we shipped you the wrong boots we will arrange for the couriers to pick up the boots. If you want to change the order, you will be liable to send us the boots back at your own cost. .

If you need to return an item, simply contact us on 076 979 3351 or info@westernbootssa.com with your order number. 

In the case of a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we received it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
